Mark Lanegan's voice could sand paint down to drywall, and he's found another perfect foil in British instrumentalist Duke Garwood. For those unfamiliar, Garwood's guitar work is absolutely hypnotic, in a flamenco style. Garwood's subtle guitar pieces sound carefully, patiently constructed, as if he's been playing them for ages, waiting on Lanegan to pull up a stool and join him.
